Cold working tool steel
Cold working steel has a high chromium content, with high surface strength, tensile strength, hardness and very good wear resistance. It is used for various cold forming tools, such as cutting tools, measuring tools, etc.
We have the following steel grades in stock:

Hot working tool steel
The properties of hot working steel are the strength and hardness necessary for the tools to function at high temperatures. Such steel is used for the manufacture of tools for hot working, e.g. tools for pressure casting, hot cutting, aluminium extrusion, etc.

Tool steel for plastics forming
Tools for plastics forming are to withstand high pressures and temperatures. Such steel is distinguished for its wear resistance and, in certain cases, also corrosion resistance. It is used for the manufacture of active parts and base plates for tools.
